Please note that the flat rates for corporate and personal tax returns includes one year of support for your financial and tax related queries. These generally include questions via email or telephone, which take five to ten minutes to answer. All clients of Jeff Edwards, Chartered Accountant find this service both helpful and economical (since it's free!). Some restrictions apply for such things like in depth research or analysis which would take longer than ten minutes to complete.
